COMPANY PROFILE

Following his childhood ambition, Storm Waters left school to pursue a career in earthmoving and drainage. After gaining experience working for several large civil works companies, Storms Contracting Ltd was established in 1998. Terry Waters left his role at Hopper Construction where he worked for 16 years as Site Supervisor on projects such as Stage 1 of Pauanui Waterways and Maygrove subdivision in Orewa to assist his son Storm in his new business.

With our head office located in Pauanui we specialise in residential subdivisions, underground service preparation, earthworks and roading construction all over the Coromandel Peninsula. Major projects in recent years have included assisting in the upgrade of the Pauanui and Whangamata Waste Water Treatment Plants, Stage 2 of Pauanui Waterways and development of the Pauanui Views Residential Estate.

Our motivated team include a Civil Engineer and staff who are fully qualified to submit and carry out Traffic Management Plans for LV and Level 1 roads. Collectively our extensive experience and knowledge in civil works spans over 30 years.
